Vendor fees for 2025:
- Merchandise vendor (10x10): $75
- Food Truck: $175
- Food Vendor/Pre-packaged (10x10): $75
- Non-profits (10x10): $65
LOCATION The State Banana Pudding Festival is held at Council Farms off HWY 441 in Wilkinson County. The festival address is 848 Council McCranie Road, Milledgeville, Georgia 31061.
EXHIBITIONS Total booth size for vendors is 10’ x 10’. Any vendor needing additional space will be expected to reserve two (or more as needed) spaces. Vendors will not be allowed to roam through the festival selling their wares. You must stay in the vicinity of your booth. Tents are welcomed and encouraged. Booth space only is provided by the State Banana Pudding Festival. Vendors must supply own display tables, canopies, props and chairs.
TIME All vendors are expected to be set up and ready for the festival by 9:30 am on the day of the festival. All vehicles must be removed by 8 am,. The festival begins at 10 am. All vendors are expected to remain fully set up until the festival ends at 5pm. Information on day-of-festival setup will be sent in mid-January 2025.
ACCOMMODATIONS There are limited local accommodations through AirBnB. Vendors are encouraged to book early or seek accommodations in nearby Milledgeville or Macon.
FOOD VENDORS Vendors selling pre-packaged baked goods, artisan foods, and the like are accepted at the discretion of the festival committee. Please indicate what you would like to sell in your application.
BOOTH INFORMATION Assignments will be given at check-in. Day-of-festival and set-up information will be sent in mid-January 2025.
HOW TO APPLY Use the “Apply” button on this page to complete the application and submit payment online. Within a few days, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Day-of-festival and set-up information will be sent in mid-January 2025.
REFUNDS Refunds will be issued in the event your application is not accepted. No refunds will be given outside of these circumstances. This is a rain or shine event.
This is a family oriented festival and the State Banana Pudding Festival of Georgia reserves the right to reject any item offered for sale. Any vendor attempting to sell unapproved items will be required to remove the items or to leave. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
***VENDORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE FESTIVAL LOGOS OR ARTWORK ON PRODUCTS. NO TUMBLERS, NO ORNAMENTS, NO TSHIRTS, ETC., NO EXCEPTIONS. VENDORS IN VIOLATION WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE FESTIVAL, FORFEIT THE REGISTRATION FEE, AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS***
