Vendor Information
- Vendor fees for 2027:
- Merchandise vendor (10x10): $75
- Non-profits (10x10): $65
- Merchandise Trailer 10-16 feet: $95 per trailer
- Pre-packaged Food Vendor/no prep/no cooking/no mixing/product is packaged (10x10): $75
- Food Truck (permit and insurance certificate required) : $175
- Food Vendor /with prep/cooking/machine of any sort trailer/ tent or combo(10X16) You will need hand washing station and a fire Class K fire extinguisher if cooking with grease : $175
- Merchandise Vendors and Pre-packaged Food Vendors and non-profits will be in one area. ALL trailers (10-16) will be grouped together. Food Vendors operating under a tent will be in one area, Food Trucks will be grouped together. We will have one or two tents with tables and chairs for guest to sit and enjoy their meals.
- LOCATION The State Banana Pudding Festival is held at Council Farms off HWY 441 in Wilkinson County. The festival address is 848 Council McCranie Road, Milledgeville, Georgia 31061.
- EXHIBITIONS Total booth size for vendors is 10’ x 10’. Any vendor needing additional space will be expected to reserve two (or more as needed) spaces. Vendors will not be allowed to roam through the festival selling their wares. Non Profits will not be allowed to roam through the festival giving out swag or promotional materials of any sort. You must stay in the vicinity of your booth. Tents are welcomed and encouraged. Booth space only is provided by the State Banana Pudding Festival. Vendors must supply their own display tables, canopies, props and chairs. NO POWER IS AVAILABLE. Cell service from most of the major carriers is good.
- GENERATORS All vendors are allowed to have generators, but they must be quiet. Loud generators will not be allowed. If you even think your neighbor is going to give you the stink eye over the noise your generator makes, go shopping before you come to the Banana Pudding Festival.
- TIME All vendors are expected to be set up and ready for the crowd by 9:30 am on the day of the festival. All vehicles must be removed by 8 am. The festival begins at 10 am. All vendors are expected to remain fully set up until the festival ends at 5pm. Information on day-of-festival setup will be sent in mid-January 2027.
- ACCOMMODATIONS There are limited local accommodations through AirBnB. Vendors are encouraged to book early or seek accommodations in nearby Milledgeville or Macon. Local AirBnb's are in Irwinton, McIntyre, Toomsboro.
- FOOD VENDORS Vendors selling pre-packaged baked goods, artisan foods, and the like are accepted at the discretion of the festival committee.
- BOOTH INFORMATION Assignments will be given at check-in. Day-of-festival and set-up information will be sent in mid-January 2027.
- HOW TO APPLY Submit payment online using the link below. Within a few days, you will receive an email asking for photos of your set up. Copies of menu if you are a food vendor. If for some reason you are not excepted 100 percent of your money will be promptly returned. When we have photos and all questions answered you will receive a GOOD TO GO email. Day-of-festival and set-up information will be sent in mid-January 2027.
- REFUNDS Refunds will be issued in the event your application is not accepted. No refunds will be given outside of these circumstances. This is a rain or shine event.
- This is a family oriented festival and the State Banana Pudding Festival of Georgia reserves the right to reject any item offered for sale. Any vendor attempting to sell unapproved items will be required to remove the items or to leave. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
- ***VENDORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE FESTIVAL LOGOS OR ARTWORK ON PRODUCTS. NO TUMBLERS, NO ORNAMENTS, NO T SHIRTS, ETC., NO EXCEPTIONS. VENDORS IN VIOLATION WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE FESTIVAL, FORFEIT THE REGISTRATION FEE, AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS***
- We're doing it a little different this year. Once you pay for your spot. We will contact you at the email you provide in the payment section. We'll ask for 3-5 photos of your booth or set-up as well as your social media and menu (food vendors only). Once the photos and information is reviewed, you will receive a GOOD TO GO email Click on the button below to pay for your spot.
